Okay, another question on this pattern.

It says to bind off 11 st, put the center 19 on a st holder than bind off remaining 11. So, I bound off the first 11 and put the 19 on a stitch holder. Was I supposed to cut the yarn after binding off the first 11? Do I turn my needles around? So confused.

What I would do is bind off the first 11, knit across the row. Bind off the first 11 on the next row and put the remainder on the holder. It seems foolish to have to reconnect yarn on the last row.
