Finished my scarf - AT LAST! Picture will follow soon.
Only thing I have left to do is tie up the little tails of yarn left at the beggining and end.
Is there a speciall way of doing that? Do I just tie a secure knot and cut?
Thanks

Many people don’t like tying knots to secure the ends because they’re usually visible. If you go here and watch the first video, there’s a part on weaving in your loose ends.
[color=darkblue]I’m new but was told to leave my tails about 7 inches long or so. The ends of yarn can be woven into your knitting. Thread a darning needle with the end of the yarn and run it in and out a stitch at a time up through one stitch and down through another in an inconspicuous place on the back side for an two or three inches. Some go longer.
Clip the excess yarn.

Another video… about halfway down THIS PAGE is a video called “Duplicate stitch join”. The techniques are the same for weaving in your ends. I had a hard time trusting that when I started knitting, but it really is the best way to do it!
