Shape raglan armholes

Please help. I’ve only been knitting for a few months and need this part of the pattern explained in layman’s terms. Thank you

It’s a spotlight pattern for a crop cardigan and this part of the pattern is for the back decreases for the raglan sleeves.

Welcome to the forum!
Which size are you making?

For the smallest size for example, you decrease as given in the previous row, at either end of the row. If you call that row, row 1 then the following decreases are on rows 5,9,13,17,21,25,29 and 33. Starting with 87sts, that takes you to 69sts.
Then for size small, decrease on every other row until you get to 33sts. That’s on rows 35,37,39,41, etc.
There are going to be 2 decreases in every decrease row.
The first photo of the directions for decreases is fine but please delete the beginning page of the pattern. The pattern link is enough. We can’t post large portions of patterns (even free patterns) on the forum. Use the pencil icon in the lower right of your post to edit.

Thank you for your help. I’m making the med size.
I’ve also deleted the pattern pic too as suggested. Thanks again

Have fun working the rest of this. It’s a very nice cardigan.
