SF Yarn Stores

I will be in San Francisco in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone could give me some yarn store info? I am not familiar at all with the city, and I don’t even know what the area is called where I’ll be. But I will be near the Davies Music Hall… I’d love to find something that is in that area or at least in cab distance. Also, I will only be there on a sunday/monday, and only able to go to a yarn store on Monday.

Do you think there are enough stipulations to my question?!?!? :rollseyes:

One thing you can do is go to Mapquest and map the location you will be by address and then do a “Find Nearby” search by “yarn” and then anything related to yarn will pop up on the map.

Although keep in mind some of those might be industrially-related to yarn like factories! LOL

I have not been to any of these yet, but I hear good things about Atelier, Imagiknit, and Cottage Yarns.
