Rosemary Lillis Summer Tee

THNLife - Rosemary Summer Tee Pattern by Ashley Lillis | Ashley Lillis .

I cast on 76, did ribbing. Placed BOR maker plus 3 more makers. I’m stuck on Round 1.

Slip BOR M, then RL1, K to M, LL1, SM I can do this 2 not 3 times. This gives me 4 increased sts not 8.

Begin Raglan Increases
Switch to longer needles when the number of STS no longer fit comfortably on the needles.
Round 1: Slip BOR M, *RLI, K to M, LLI, SM; repeat from * 3 more times. [8 STS increased for a total of 84, (84, 84, 84, 92, 92, 92, 92) STS]

Please help, Thank you, Linda

You have 4 markers.
Slip the BOR marker, increase,
knit to Marker 2, increase, slip marker, increase
knit to Marker 3, increase, slip marker, increase
knit to Marker 4, increase, slip marker, increase
knit to BOR marker, increase. That’s 8 increases total.
The increase after the marker is RLI and the increase before the marker is LLI. Essentially there are 2 increases at the markers, one before the marker and one after the marker.

Round 1: Slip BOR M, (RLI, K to M, LLI, SM) repeat the steps in the parentheses 3 more times.

You explained this so clearly!! I started pattern 3 times and got so frustrated when the sts count didn’t work out.

Thank you so much!!
