Here’s a few things I’ve been working on recently!
The socks are from Silver’s Sock Tutorial, in Knit Picks Felici Hummingbird. I am so excited that the stripes turned out to match!:woohoo:
I’ve also been working on some baby hats, which a friend of mine is going to put in her new baby store that is opening in July! All my own design (just combinations of stitch patterns, really) and in worsted or sportweight acrylic yarns…

scout52, you have to make sure you start the second sock at the same place in the yarn (between two colors) since it’s self patterning yarn. I couldn’t remember from the first sock, so I took a guess…and was right!
Thanks all! These were fun to make. The baby store will open soon…it’s mostly for high-end strollers and stuff, but she’s got my hats on a display in the back. I may consider doing orders instead of stocking the store, depending on the response she gets.

Wanda, I am making up the patterns myself based on general hat patterns (like the decreasing at the crown) and some available stitch patterns. I also look at style in stores and get inspiration there.
