Reading a chart

I am trying to knit a sweater for my tiny dog. It has a cable which I have done before, but I am confused by the chart that is part of the pattern. It reads as follows:
2 2 2 2 2 2
C 1 1 1 1 1
2 2 2 2 2 2

and so forth. Can anyone enlighten me. Thanks

Can’t say that I can. I can’t figure out what kind of chart that would be. Is this a pattern that is on the internet somewhere that we could go to and look at it?

No it’s not. I bought it on etsy.

Does the pattern include a KEY for the chart?
The KEY should tell you exactly what all the symbols mean.

Of course, as you prolly know…when knitting from a chart…you begin RS Row 1 on the righthand side of the chart, and follow the chart (knitting) from right to left…but WS Row 2 of the chart is knit from left to right, AKA the chart is ‘read & followed from left to right’.
