Reading a chart for socks

As I understand it you are to read every row right to left when knitting in the round, is that correct? In straight knitting you start at the bottom right hand corner of the chart and then when you turn your work you go up to the second row and start on the left side, but in the round is differnt. No wonder my new socks are going to be called my frog socks.

Yeah, typically when knitting in the round, charts are read from right to left.

:psst: If I’ve been working on a straight piece with charts and switch to a charted sock, it always takes me a minute of staring at the chart to adjust. :teehee:
