Raglan cardigan

I’m knitting a raglan cardigan and do not understand the pattern,it goes as follows dec 1st at armhole edge next 3 rows then on following 11 alternate rows which is straight forward but this part I’m having difficulty with at the same time dec 1st at front slop edge 3rd and 5 foll 4th rows. Please advise

If you call the next row, row 1, then

Dec at arm hole edge on rows 1 2 3, then 5 7 9 11 13 15 17 19 21 23 25

At the same time dec front slope on rows 3 and 7 11 15 19 23
