Does anybody have any ideas for a quick and easy knitted housewarming gift?
I usually make dishcloths and pot holders (felted ones work great!)

I agree, dish or wash cloths in a nice basket, with a nice bar of soap (French or handmade soaps are so yummy) or a glass bottle with dish or hand soap for the kitchen (depending on whether your basket is for the bath or kitchen 
).
LOL, makes me want to go downtown to the new French market and get some of their yummilicious French soaps 
Maybe a felted bowl, if they’re into that kind of thing.
What about a knitted casserole carrier? You could take a casserole over at the same time as an extra gift.
