Is the instructions on german lace knitting all charted ?? is there a website that i can refer to for converting german knitting abbreviation to English version ???
any help would be greatly appreciated… cos i am planning to buy some german lace knitting magazines and book

Not sure about all of them, but I did find this one German Lace Doily that had a chart. I just don’t knit much lace and never doilies or anything like that (mostly lace socks, shawls and hats) Maybe you could google “german lace patterns free” and see what you come up with.
I don’t know their abbreviations, but I could translate any German text that you need help with
