Question abt needle storage?

I’ve got a case I bought at JoAnn’s that holds most of my straight needles, but 2 pairs are too long and my circs don’t fit. How do you all store your circs? The interchangeables came with a nice case but I’ve got a few pairs that I bought. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated! Oh, I also have limited space. Thanks!!

I think this might be what you need.

I don’t use them, but maybe this for your straights? Or use a vase!

This is what I use, but it won’t work for your circular needles and it may not work for your stiff cable interchangeables.

Awesome products!! Thank you Jan:hug:

I use the top one for my circular needles. It takes up no space and keeps the cables straight. You just have to make sure you have a needle sizer handy–I keep one on the hanger.

If you are close to a Michaels they have a plastic storage box that is really for storing 4x6 photos but works great for my circs.
There are 16(Ithink) separate cases inside the larger box that is supposed to store photos, but they work perfect for circs. I can fit several of the smaller size needles in one case. The larger ones, like 9’s and above there is only room for one in each case.
By having them in separate small cases it’s easy to see what I already have so I don’t buy too many duplicates.
I got mine when they were having a 1/2 off sale on scrapbook stuff. I also bought 2 other ones that aren’t as deep with long dividers for my straight needles, double points and crochet hooks.

I keep my fixed circs in a Namaste circular needle case, my knitpicks interchangeables in the plastic cases in which they arrived, and my straights in a vase in my office.

Have fun creating a storage solution that works for you!

Could you post a picture of these cases?? I’d love to see them!!

THANKS,

I’ll try. For some reason my computer and the new camera don’t like one another.
I will see if I can get it to work with my Iphone.
