I would like to know how I can post a picture in the Knitting Help Forum. I have never done it before.

When you open a message box, say by statting a new topic or in reply to a topic, there are several icons at the top of the message box. One of these is a little landscape picture (like a mountain and sun in a rectangle), click on that icon. It will open up the photos on your device and you can select the picture you want to share, or from there you can select your camera. Then click done and either the pic will be selected or the camera will open for you to take a photo.
I have noticed recently a few people have had a message saying the pic is too big. Let us know how you get on. Post a pic here to see if it works.

I had that problem even after significant cropping. My son suggested screen shot of pic and for whatever reason that worked. I’ve never had this issue before and had been able to load single pictures without a problem. Go figure.

I don’t think I’ve tried to post a pic since the forum update. Maybe something changed when the forum changed?
This is a 2MB jpeg file which seems to upload without a problem.
You can message me with a photo (assuming that works) and I can post here as a test.
I’ve just posted a pic (on the whatchya knittin thread), my normal size, no changes, and i noticed it took much longer than it used to to process the upload, but it did upload. Maybe you have to just wait until it has finished and not press post too soon? Just a thought.
