If you are making a vest or sweater that doesn’t have pockets in the pattern is there a way to add them? I like pockets and I want to add them to a vest I would like to make for me when I am almost finished with my dragon kimono. Is there a place or book that tells you how to add pockets?
If you can figure out where you want them you could do afterthought pockets or patch pockets. No reason you can’t.

Pockets are a ‘must have’ on all my cardis so I’ve done them all. Once you try different variations you’ll come to learn which ones work best in which applications.
