I’m looking at a pattern for a stockinette stitch shrug. Very simple rectangle then folded into a shrug. I’m wondering since the pattern is for a regular one size, if I just add stitches to it would it turn out properly? I need to be plus size.
This type of shrug doesn’t really have a ‘fit’ to it, you just need to knit from whereever you want the cuffs to hit across your back and to the other cuff edge. You could adjust the width of it for more coverage from your neck to hem though if you need to.
