I’d love to chip in for anything you want to send. You can PM me with your e-mail address if you want when you decide. What city are they in? Maybe if some of us live near them we could bring food. Maybe GC’s for eating places close to the hospital?

you can use any pattern you want just make sure its an 8 inch square. 
I have a “shoebox” full of grannies (years of practicing crochet) however they are all not the same size…all the same yarn weight, just different sizes. I would be more than happy to send them off to become a blankie…also, prayers and hugs to that poor little kid:muah: Let me know

FYI: Being a medical person- PLEASE DO NOT send latex balloons to the hospital. You can send mylar (the shiny, silvery ones), but latex is a no no in most hospitals and they won’t accept them. You will have wasted your money for no good reason.

When buying gift card, Wal-Mart cards are good, as said they are very where, consideration should also be given to some of the generic, American Express, Visa gift cards. I understand that there my be a surcharge where a $20 gift card cost $22 or $23 dollars. The advantage is that they can be used at restaurants as well as retail stores.
