Patterns needed for Knitting on 25mm needles

Does anyone know of any blanket or afghan patterns that are knitted with 25mm/US 50 needles??? I found one but would like to try more!:slight_smile: Thanx

Since Lionbrand sells that size needle, I’d suggest checking their site… they have a huge inventory of both free and purchasable patterns.

Lion Brand has a new website so I went to look and in the pattern search I put in size 50 needles and got a few afghans. :thumbsup:

There are also a couple books for big needles, too. Not sure what size needles the patterns use or if there are any afthan patters - you could try looking for them at your library.

Big Needle Knitting and Fast Knits Fat Needles are 2 that come to mind.

I’ve made a simple checkerboard baby blanket with the huge needles and 4 strands of yarn. Very quick and cushy! It felt like I was using with those big kindergarten crayons, though.:teehee:
