Hi I’m new here. I have been knitting for 40 years now since I was a child. My daughter showed me a picture of a top she wants so just wanted to ask if anyone has a pattern like it or any ideas on how to create it. Thanks

Some type of partial cables plus ribbing, is all I’ve got. I’d look for a basic sweater pattern with as much of the shaping as possible, like the deep V-neck and waistline ribbing, and then add the stitch pattern into it.

Maybeyou could begin with a basic low v bolero, join with rib then knit down. Looks like the lower section need some tucks at the top.
These boleros v down to below the bust similar to the tunic.
