Pattern row has increased my stitches when number of stitches should not have altered

Pattern UKHKA 2

Round neck cardigan, back.

Row 3 , near bottom of page, increased the number of stitches.

Has anyone any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Outstanding cardigan!
Can you quote the directions for Row 3 please? It seems to be at the transition from the rib to the pattern stitch, is that correct?
It wouldn’t be unusual for the stitch number to increase or decrease here but seeing the row will help us. Don’t give us more than a row or two due to designer copyright
