Are there patterns out there for just a knit stitch? Also looking for simple patterns for bathing towels and washcloths? I have a lot of yarn that I could use for these patterns. Dawn
If all you want to use is the knit stitch, that would be called garter stitch. You can just cast on 35-45 stitches and knit each row until it’s a square, then bond off.

If you’re looking for projects with just knit stitch then I highly recommend Sally Melville’s book called Book 1 The Knit Stitch. It is full of projects that use just the knit stitch and it is very well laid out. I think you’d find the book a very good resource.
