I am Fari and new to this site. Retired and now it is time to attend to my pleasure and knit.
I am tryng to knit a pullover and a bit perplexed about the pattern. Appreciate any clue.

Lovely looking sweater. Does the pattern have a name? The drawing seems to be a schematic accompanying a pattern although I don’t see how it relates to that particular photo.

I don’t understand the sideways part at the bottom of the drawing with the arrow pointing to the left.

To me, the pattern looks like:

But as the designer, you understand the pattern construction better than I.

the first pattern I sent was wrong. I think it is like this:

notice the change of direction of the rib knitting in th sleeve:

I finished the back and seems to be correct but ait for final result.
