Pattern mistake website?

Hi Everyone–

I am new to this forum. Thanks for looking at my question. I know that there are websites out there listing corrections for mistakes in knitting patterns because I have been to at least one. Unfortunately, I can’t remember what they are. Does anyone know of any? Or, better yet, does anyone have specific knowledge about mistakes in “The Great American Aran Afghan” book put out by XRX? I am about to start making an afghan from it and a fellow knitter I met on the train said that she was in the middle of one and that there are tons of mistakes in it.

Thanks again,

Lori

I found this when I searched. I also heard that there were some errors. Silver, a member here completed it. Maybe she’ll have some input.

I got this from Knitting Universe. You can search patterns from their home page and it seems to be the place to go to look for errata. Thanks for bringing this up. I never knew such a thing existed.

I don’t know if this is helpful to you or not, but the errata for Stitch 'n Bitch can be found here. It has been helpful to me on more than one occasion.

I really appreciate you replying so quickly. These are great places to start.
