Pattern help

I am knitting the 'Mini Almost Washcloth’

I am confused about the pattern. I am at row 6 where I have just finished knitting that row, then it says to repeat 9x for 9 points. Do I repeat from the beginning of k2, yo, k3… or repeat from 7th row of cast of 3 sts, knit to end…? It doesn’t say which row to start the repeat from. Can anyone explain this?

Repeat rows 1-6 9 times then finish with Row 7
