I have a new pattern that reads
cast on 84
R1 & 2 p2, turn, k2, turn
If I do this, aren’t I continually working the same 2 stiches?
What does turn mean?
Yes, it looks like you’ll be working the same 2 stitches for rows 1 and 2. [I]Turn[/I] means you turn the work as if you were finished with the row.
Perhaps row 3 adds another stitch? So you might p3 on that one?
Unless something interesting happens in row 3, it sounds as if it could be a typo. What is the pattern? Where is it from? Can you provide a link or photo?
