What is the name of your pattern and designer?
Is it the rows for neck and shoulder shaping that are in question?
Decrease between the 11stitch border and the garter stitch section. Call the “next row” after the given length from the rib, row 1. K2tog at the neck edge on rows 1,3 and then 6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36 and 39.
At the same time cast off 3sts at the armhole edge on row 2, cast off 2sts on row 4 and then cast off 1 stitch on rows 6,8 and 10.
Work without decreases until the given length for your size. At the armhole edge, cast off 5,6 or 7 sts (depending on the size you’re making) at the beginning of the next row, call it row 1 (not the same row 1 as above) and row 3. Cast off 5sts on row 5.
For the cast offs at the shoulder you might want to consider the sloped bind off.
