Pattern Help

I’ve tried searching everywhere for help with pattern, to no avail. I’m sure it’s easy, but I can’t seem to wrap my head around it.

Round 5-12: k2tog and leave on left needle, k first stitch (when you knit this stitch, be sure to come back up between the two stitches) then slip the two stiitches
Any help is greatly appreciated!

What is the name of your pattern?
It may be that this is a right leaning twist stitch. It’s at least similar to this stitch:
