I thought I was an experienced knitter until I encountered these instructions for shaping raglan armholes on the body - can anyone please translate this for me as I am soooooooooo confused? I am knitting the largest size (shown in bold) and beginning this section with 61 sts and should end up with 29 sts to cast off:-

Dec 2 sts at each end of next and 1 (0: 0: 0: 0: 1) foll 4th row, then on 1(0: 4: 3: 6: 6) foll 6th rows, then on 3 (4: 1: 2: 0: 0) foll 8th rows.
Work 5 rows, ending with a WS row.

Call the next row, row 1. Decrease 2sts at each end of rows 1 and 5 then on row 11,17,23,29,35 and 41.
