Pattern Finding Frustration

I want to knit a 20’s style cloche (otherwise known as a flapper styled hat). Can I find a pattern? No, I cannot.

I do not want a felted pattern…I already own one of those.

I saw a GORGEOUS cloche at the World Market in Arlington, Texas this past week, but for some STUPID reason, I didn’t buy it (why didn’t I just buy it?!?!?:hair:)

And now, I can’t find a pattern.

I really love the Erte cloche…not what I saw the other day (same shaping, but done in a lace pattern), but so pretty. I bobbed my hair just after last year’s hat season, and my ski caps with ear flaps now look…odd. When I tried on the cloche at World Market last weekend, it looked pretty. Feminine and kind of timeless. And still cool.

I am going to make up some of these. It’s my sickness - making hats.
