Is this a good garment (sweater) blend? Has anyone used this? Any problems?

To the best of my knowledge it is a 100% acrylic WW yarn. I’ve never used this one myself, but I’ve never had a problem with any of the Paton’s yarns… they’re so yummy, I wish that we carried them, and that I didn’t have to make a trip to Michael’s or my LYS to get them.
I have used Decor–it’s pretty good. Not as soft as Encore, but a bit more substantial than Woolease. It’s a 75/25 acrylic/wool blend.
I like Decor. I have used it for a hat and am now using it for a sweater. Funny you should say that about Encore, Ingrid, because I find Decor softer!
Really? I’ll have to go feel it again. I recall it to be a bit denser. I have a large bin of it, but I haven’t knit anything with it for at least a year. :rollseyes: I’ve been sucked in by all the yummy stuff out there. I do have an afghan in the back of my mind for the Encore and Decor in my stash.
Yeah, I dunno. I have only used Encore for one project (The Amy Project! 
) and honestly I found it a bit scratchy. Maybe it’s just me because I’m a bit sensitive to that kind of thing. I do find the Decor to be a slightly heavier yarn than Encore, is that what you meant by denser?
Yes, less fluffy.
