PA Endless Mountains Fiber Festival - Yarn Porn Included!

I just got back from this wonderful little fiber festival. This is a link to their pictures from last year. It’s only their 3rd year, but even though it’s small, they pack a whole heck of a lot in!

Wonderful demonstrations of everything from sheep shearing, to spinning, to weaving, to felting, to border collies working…

And then there was the yarn…

Here are pictures of what I bought. One of my main thoughts going in was to check out the possibility of starting to spin. I don’t know if I’ll enjoy it or not, so I didn’t want to make a major investment, so the kit should give me a little taste. If I love it, I can invest more, if I don’t, not too much wasted.

WhenI started someone told me to do it for 15 minutes a day for a few weeks, then I’d catch on and decide if I liked it. (I :heart: it!) :smiley:
