Another question for you all. 
On the sleeve section:
Row 1: *k2, p2; rep from * across row; end k0 (2)
Row 2: P0 (2); *k2, p2, rep from * across row.
I can’t figure this one out either. 
K0 and P0.
It’s a zero. It just means that for the smallest size, no stitch is necessary. They include it so there are instructions for each size, regardless.
