Anyone try/use these? After going off the pill I have had the worse periods. I am always looking for anything to help. I know they used to make one for menstrual cramps. I’m thinking of picking some up at work otherwise anyone who talks to me wrong tonight may find their arm broken.
My boss uses them and swears by them. I hope they work for you 
I use them because I have horrific cramps and they are a godsend! I put one on my tummy for a while, then switch it over to my back after a bit, because it’s still nice and hot!
I used them when I was in college. I didn’t like how heavy they were–I felt like they were pulling my undies down :oops:
I’m fond of them, but tighter pants do help keep the pressure on the pad.

Anyway I use a dose of midol and a heating pad which works well but keeps me in one spot (not that staying in one spot is all that bad really :roflhard: ) I have never thought of using Therma care pads! 
Blackberry tea is good too! (not applied to your body, but consumed!)
