DD has been using self-tanner to get ready for her Senior pictures. Now it is on my linoleum floor in the bathroom. Does anyone have an idea on how to get it off?
So far I have tried alcohol, goo gone, scrubby cleanser, lysol, and windex.
I can’t use ammonia because of people with asthma in the house.
Thanks!!
I don’t have any suggestions for getting it off of your floor, but it makes me VERY wary of ever putting it on my body!
Good luck.
Have you tried peroxide? That’s what I use to get it off my skin if I accidentally spray somewhere I shouldn’t.
[color=blue]Give Magic Erasers a try. I love them.
Since buying the house they have been a life saver! :cheering:
Good luck!

Thanks to all of you.
Meghann - I am going to have a talk with DD about using the tanner, I didn’t realize how powerful the stuff is.
Vickie - I hadn’t thought of peroxide, I’ll give it a try. I’ll also pass it along that it will take it off of skin that you don’t want it on.
Anne - I just brought home a magic eraser that DD1 had at college, I haven’t tried them before, maybe a good time to start. :teehee:
Now your floor has a nice summery glow. :teehee:
I would try scrubbing it with vinegar and baking soda before trying something more chemical-based.
