OT: 10km race

My boyfriend and me (I?) ran a 10 km race today (Sun Run Vancouver, 50,000+ entrants…)

My time sucked, 1:05:48 but I had moderate knee / ITB pain the entire race which slowed me down a lot. In any case, I ran all 10 km (as is my custom) didn’t stop once, not enough for water.

Good job!

I’m in a lot of pain post-run but I think it’s because of all the cycling last week (big mistake!)

ETA: my ex-bf/friend ran the race and was slower than I was and he’s 6-7 years younger than I am. gloat
