Orange Hunting Hat

Hi. I want to knit a blaze orange hunting hat for my brother-in-law who is a hunter. I was hoping to make it out of wool. I have been looking, but anyone have suggestions on a brand that has a superwash wool in a brighter orange?? Thanks!

Thanks so much Kelly! I have now bookmarked Yarndex. That is a very helpful site. I think I am going to go with the Plymouth Encore if I can find it at a good price. :slight_smile:

Actually, I knitted one for my father in law. It was the perfect color, even though it wasn’t in wool and it knit up nicely. I used Patons Canadiana in deep orange. It really is safety orange. I also used a great watchcap pattern as well.
