One Sleeve Shawl

Thank you so much for such an informative site. I love to knit and love chatting with others that do also.

I am looking for a pattern for a one sleeve shawl/wrap. I made one for my niece and I cannot remember how I made it. Needless to say it was like a couple of shawls and somehow I sewed one part together to make a sleeve. I have sent it to canada…she is using it for nursing and I cannot look at it to make another one. I would seriously appreciate any help I can get…at the moment I am brain dead trying to remember how it was made. thanks

Here’s a 2-sleeve wrap. Even if you don’t want to buy the pattern, just looking at it may give you an idea or 2.

This should work. It’s a pattern for an easy-to-make shrug. When you finish the first sleeve, keep working it even until it’s the length you want as a shawl. Then just sew up the sleeve! Sounds like it would be great for breast-feeding.
