NO STITCH in chart pattern

I am working on this hat

Now on the graph chart, there is a [B]no stitch[/B] where the row below had a stitch, does this mean slip a stitch or do I continue with the next stitch as if it was the first.
There are K2TOG on the row so maybe it will be making up for those 2 stitches.
Just wondering if anyone can make sense of this for me.

You just pretend like it’s not even there and go on with the pattern on the chart. Hope that helps ya hun!:thumbsup:
