Ok I’m glad you can read it . I’d like to knit a newborn hat with this yarn . So, are you able to tell me what size needle I should use , and how many stitches to cast on?

Do you know how to use Ravelry? You can put “newborn hat” in the Search bar, click “Patterns”, then on the left scroll down to choose your yarn weight. There are 202 patterns for newborn hats using bulky yarn. 78 of them are free.

Ravelry also lists the yarn at 9sts/4inches on #13 needles. That may also give you an idea of the number to cast on once you know the baby’s head circumference. As ColoCro suggested, finding a pattern on Ravelry will also help with stitch number even if you don’t follow the exact pattern.
