I am trying to understand the directions to make some slippers. But I don’t understand how to decipher the asterisks that I see in the direction such as K2 * K2, P2; repeat for two rows. Can anyone help me please?
the pattern means that you do K2 K2 P2 and then you repeat from the asterisk for two more rows. So, after you K2 K2 P2, you then K2 P2 for two more rows… someone please tell me if i’m not correct cause i dont want to mess anybody up, if you know what i mean. :oops: hope i’m right! lol :happydance:
You’re doing pretty good, but it might be simply to remember that for all patterns, instructions after * or ** mean to repeat what comes after that.

Actually, it looks to me like every row will start with a k2 before the k2 p2 begins, not just the first.
