Yep. I recommend circular needles if you’re going to make a whole blanket at once. If you don’t want to do that then you’ll probably have to find another pattern or alter it to make panels and sew them together.
Is it a baby blanket or full size? If it’s a baby blanket you can probably get away with a 40" circular. If it’s a full size throw/afghan then 52 or 60 is probably better.
Can you tell us the name and post a link if possible? It will help to make sure this is the correct info. Don’t post the entire pattern though.
