Has anyone by some miracle knit this pattern? I had to translate the pattern from Norwegian to English and I’m worried there may be something “lost in translation “ The pattern doesn’t say if it’s worked in the round but It does have steek stitches so I’m guessing it is. Would I do the ribbing for the bottom band and then switch to circular?
I’m afraid I’m in over my head on this project but I’m determined to try it!

As long as you’re going to steek the sweater you might as well do the ribbing in the round as well. That way you can have the added steek sts from the beginning and not have to cast them on after knitting ribbing.
We’ve probably all worked patterns that we think are a reach for us but it’s worth effort. If you have sections of translation that need a confirmation or are completely opaque, there’s a Ravelry group to help out.
