Need Help Identifying a Stitch

Hi,
I recently found a crochet cover up on a website. One of the stitches used in it looks like little wings. I have never seen it before and would love to put it into a project I"m doing for my daughter.

If anyone could take a look and see if they know what this stitch pattern is called I would be grateful!

The link to the site is: http://www.butterfliesandbikinis.com/bikinis_swimwear_beauty_and_the_beach/beauty-and-the-beach-2013-karlie-platinum-shimmer-crochet-tunic.php?bikini=btb24

It’s the stich used on the top front and also the third one up from the bottom right underneath the pineapple one.

Thanks!!!
S

I assume your talking about the stitch in the top part of the tunic?

I can’t zoom in so it’s hard to tell…but it looks to be some sort of a shell type pattern. Maybe knit 3dbl crochet in next st. Then ch 1 for space and repeat. On next row do the dbl crochets in the chain space?
