Here is a few pics of my first adult size sweater. I used Vanna’s Choice in Dusty Purple but I can’t remember the number of skiens that I needed. The pattern came from Better Homes and Gardens Knitted Sweaters for Her by Leisure Arts. Pattern name was My First Sweater.
It looks great, and I love the color. “My First Sweater” being your first sweater is pretty cute.
You’ll be away laughing now! Those winter sweaters will be just flying off the needles from now on!!!

This will be a sweater that you’ll love for years! Very classic cut, and everyone looks good in neutral colors! Brown is one of my favs!

I really do enjoy wearing it as much as I did knitting it. Very soft, warm and comfortable. The weather here in Houston has been good sweater weather the past month, so I finished it just in time. :teehee:
