Just finished my first sweater and I could NOT have done it without finding this forum. In moments of desperation while working on this project, I got my questions answered here amazingly quickly and with such care and attention. I also read a ton of previous posts along the way. So glad to have found this community!

Thank you! I’m thinking of doing a few smaller projects of things I need (a headband/ear-warmer, tank top, etc.), to practice some new skills. I did the sweater flat and have never worked in the round or with double pointed needles. I think it’s finally time!

Congrats! I have done shawls , scarfs , blankets, and a few ornaments. My goal is to make a sweater that fits! Good for you!
