Mouse Ears Washcloth Pattern Help

I would like to knit a washcloth with mouse ears in it. I’ve seen washcloths with letters, hearts and just about everything else under the sun on them but no mouse ears.

How would I go about charting something like this? I really just want the big circle head with two smaller circle ears.

Am I as clear as mud?

If you want an all knit and purl pattern, then you won’t get an absolute circle. If you can cable, then this is something you can probably do. Does that make sense? I can help you work out a pattern, if need be.

I probably was thinking about a K & P pattern. I wasn’t thinking about anything too complicated.

Yeah, I figured about the circle thing.

So, how would I do THAT?
