Moss Stitch Increasing

I am new to knitting and am making some baby beach sandles in Moss Stitch (sometimes called Seed Stitch). After first Moss stitch row I have to increase one at each end. How do I do this? Is it a simple knit into the front and then into the back or somthing else? I am confused as with Moss Stitch you have to alternate what each row starts with (one row starts Knit and the next starts Purl) right? So this would mean doing a different sort of increase stitch each time surely?

Please help! I cant believe Im stuck after 1 row!!

I know it seems complicated because of the pattern of seed stitch. But what I do is just follow the pattern, go ahead and do a knit into front and back. Just make sure that when you come to the next row, you knit the purls and purl the knits, and you’ll be fine.
