Hey Brook,
Right click on someone’s avatar, anyone’s. Then save it to your hard drive. Open it with the Paint program and that will format your Paint window to the proper size. That’s what I did and, with a little fanagling, I fit mine into that 80x80 size.

PS: I did my resizing in MS Word to keep it from getting distorted.
