M1p tbl

Hello:

So hoping someone can help me out. I downloaded Design 58636 A/B - Hat and Loop with Lace Pattern, and came across a stitch called (M1p tbl ). It appears it is asking to make a new purl stitch through back of loop, I think. Is it possible for someone to explain this stitch to me?

Here’s a video that shows it pretty well. The M1 purl tbl starts at 3:20 but the straight M1 purl is interesting to see in contrast
