M1? help please

so i looked at all the videos for the M1_ but i dont know which one to follow :confused: this is what it said:

[B]M1[/B] : Insert LH needle under horizontal strand between st just worked and next st, from the front to the back, knit through the
back loop (1 st increased)

anyone know which M1 it’s refering to?

That would be the M1L or M1F (same things). It is the second thing down on the right side.
