Lost pattern--Please HELP!

I’m in the middle of making a baby blanket, and the pattern has disappeared–Please HELP!!!

I don’t know who printed the pattern but it was in a half size book (5.5" x 8.5") containing both knitted and crocheted items for babies.

The pattern is made up of 9 blocks (4 white and 5 blue) with a cable stitch type border. The white blocks are plain stockinette stitch, and the blue blocks are stockinette stitch with a horse design in the middle.

Can anyone help me find this pattern? I’m desperate!!!

There is one listed on Ravelry which i think looks exactly like that.
